Vincent

Prior to my commissioned painting, Vincent illustrating Don Mclean’s famous song, I made a few preliminary drawings when deciding what verse/s to illustrate.

This one illustrates the verse;

Starry, starry night
Paint your palette blue and grey
Look out on a summer’s day
With eyes that know the darkness of your soul.

This drawing was eventually chosen to use for the final painting.
